AMBIKA went over and above to assist our property management business when a client's building was squatted in South-West London.

These sites can be easily converted into temporary habitations with shared facilities.
Once converted, we provide security through occupation with our Ambika+ Guardians. who live in and take care of your property for a short period of time and can be out with as little as 28-days notice.

HYBRID+ SECURITY
These properties are also in good condition (wind and water-tight) but may have a history of squatting, attract antisocial behaviour, or be high-profile sites (such as former Gov).
Our HYBRID security service combines
zero-cost Ambika+ Guardians with 10-12 hours per day of Ambika Security MAX.
This service indemnifies your insurance with our SIA accreditation and significantly reduces your security costs.
The average saving is around 70%.

SECURITY MAX + K-9
High-risk properties are those which have been previously squatted or have a high risk potential for squatting and vandalism.
These sites also include those with expensive equipment, infrastructure or resources which could be costly if interfered with by vagrants.
For these buildings we use three tiers of security - day watch SIA officers living on-site and taking care of the property, 24/7 Ambika Security MAX officers running patrols to further deter trespassers, and optional K-9 teams to support patrols at higher risk.
This is our premiere service level.
