When not just any Guardian will do
Unlike other security firm’s live-in teams, our people are not there primarily for the social aspect of cheap community living. They’re there to keep your property secure.
AMBIKA GUARDIANS provide a cost-effective, high security solution for vacant properties, whilst personally benefitting from living in a fantastic, affordable, unusual home in areas they may otherwise only dream of.
The team is trained and vetted in order to revitalise empty buildings and keep them safe. Their Guardian’s Licence is a non-exclusive temporary agreement to occupy a shared property with shared facilities.
OUR RIGOROUS VETTING PROCEDURE ENSURES ONLY HIGH CALIBRE, SECURITY MINDED INDIVIDUALS MAKE THE GRADE
There will always be at least two SIA licensed team members living in your property
Depending on the size of your property and its assessed risk we may provide FREE daytime manned guarding
All of our property guardians must pass a 6 hour hands on practical Fire Marshal’s course to be approved to live in your property
The majority of our Guardians:
have a security background, have worked in the military, blue light services or are martial arts trained.”
